摘  要:温室大棚空间相对狭小、密闭,机器掉头转弯频繁,现有蔬菜播种机多由人工操控,作业参数调整不便,掉头需人力抬升机器,费时费力。针对以上问题,设计了一种小型遥控蔬菜播种机,采用Arduino单片机远程控制技术、多电机同步驱动技术和电动推杆升降与轮毂差速结合的转向控制方法,通过远程遥控的方式实现蔬菜播种时播种机前进、调速、整机升降和田间换行转向等作业。对整机进行田间试验,结果表明:在中速及中低速运行状态下,蔬菜播种机的播种水平最为稳定可靠,播种合格率大于90%,控制系统响应速度快,差速转向准确,可为设施农业智能装备的发展提供参考。Greenhouse space is relatively narrow and closed,and the machine turns around frequently.Currently,the existing vegetable planters are mostly controlled by manual,making it inconvenient to adjust the operation parameters.Turning around needs manpower to lift the machine,which is time-consuming and laborious.To solve above problems,a small remote control vegetables planter was designed,which uses the Arduino microcontroller remote control technology,multi-motor synchronous drive technology,and a steering control method that combines electric push rod lifting and wheel hub differential speed.Through remote control,the planter can move forward,adjust speed,lift the entire machine,and change direction and move to a new line in the field during vegetable planting.Field experiments were carried out on the whole machine.The results show that,under medium and low speed operation conditions,the sowing level of vegetable planter is the most stable and reliable,the qualified rate of sowing is more than 90%,the response speed of control system is fast,and the differential steering is accurate.The research can provide a reference for the development of intelligent equipment in facility agriculture.
