摘　　要：目的探究长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)UASR1和miR-144在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四一医院收治的95例胰腺癌患者作为研究组,并选择同期在该院治疗的56例胰腺良性病变患者作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测病变组织中lncRNA UASR1和miR-144的表达水平,并分析其与胰腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系。采用ROC曲线评估lncRNA UASR1和miR-144的表达水平对胰腺癌的诊断价值。采用Kaplan-Meier法分析lncRNA UASR1和miR-144的表达水平与胰腺癌患者术后生存期的关系。结果研究组组织中miR-144的相对表达量为0.68±0.28,显著低于对照组(1.35±0.36),差异有统计学意义(t=-7.594,P<0.001)。研究组组织中lncRNA UASR1的相对表达量为2.38±0.32,显著高于对照组(1.21±0.57),差异有统计学意义(t=8.326,P<0.001)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,miR-144、lncRNA UASR1单独及联合检测诊断胰腺癌的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.850、0.831和0.945。胰腺癌组织中lncRNA UASR1的表达水平与淋巴结转移、血管侵犯、TNM分期有关(P均<0.05),miR-144的表达水平与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移、血管侵犯、分化程度、TNM分期有关(P均<0.05)。lncRNA UASR1高表达组的平均生存期短于lncRNA UASR1低表达组(χ2=12.887,P<0.001),miR-144高表达组的平均生存期长于miR-144低表达组(χ2=8.003,P=0.005)。结论胰腺癌组织中lncRNA UASR1表达上调,miR-144表达下调,两者对胰腺癌的诊断和预后预测具有一定的价值。Objective This paper is to investigate the expression and clinical significance of lncRNA UASR1 and miR-144 in pancreatic cancer tissue.Methods A total of 95 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to the No.941 Hospital of Joint Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army between March 2018 and March 2019 were selected and assigned to the study group,and 56 patients with benign pancreatic diseases were selected and assigned to the control group.The expression of lncRNA UASR1 and miR-144 were detected by real-time quantitative PCR,and the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer was analyzed.The diagnostic value of lncRNA UASR1 and miR-144 in pancreatic carcinoma was evaluated by ROC curve.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the expression of lncRNA UASR1 and miR-144 in pancreatic cancer patients.Results The relative expression of miR-144 in the study group is 0.68±0.28,which is lower than that in the control group(1.35±0.36),with a statistically significant difference(t=-7.594 and P<0.001).The relative expression of lncRNA UASR1 in the study group is 2.38±0.32,which is higher than that in the control group(1.21±0.57),with a statistically significant difference(t=8.326 and P<0.001).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of miR-144,lncRNA UASR1,and combined detection are 0.850,0.831,and 0.945,respectively.The expression of lncRNA UASR1 is correlated with lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion,and TNM stage(P<0.05),while the expression of miR-144 is correlated with tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,vascular invasion,degree of differentiation,and TNM stage(P<0.05).The mean survival of the group with a high expression of lncRNA UASR1 is shorter than that of the group with a low expression of lncRNA UASR1(χ2=12.887 and P<0.001),and the mean survival of the group with a high expression of miR-144 is longer than that of the group with a low expression of miR-144(χ2=8.003 and P=0.005).Conclusion The expression of lncRNA UASR1 is up-regulated and the
