环剥对软枣猕猴桃生长发育的影响

摘  要:为探究环剥对软枣猕猴桃生长发育的影响,该研究以“桓优一号”软枣猕猴桃品种为试验材料,在花前、花后和采收前3个时期进行环剥处理,通过调查坐果率、果实品质、次生代谢物含量等探讨环剥效果。结果表明:软枣猕猴桃枝条环剥处理可显著降低维生素C的积累,但有利于多酚的积累。花前环剥处理显著提高了坐果率,显著降低黄酮积累;花后环剥处理可显著增加单果重,花后和采收前环剥处理显著增加可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、总糖和还原糖含量、多酚,但花后环剥处理显著减少黄酮和生物碱的积累;采前环剥显著减少黄酮和生物碱积累。鉴于采前环剥处理的伤口愈合不理想,不建议采前进行环剥处理。In this study,Actinidia arguta“Huanyou No.1”was used as the experimental material to investigate the effect of ringing treatment on growth and development of A.arguta through determining fruit setting rate,fruit quality,and secondary metabolite contents in fruits after ringing before flowering,after flowering,and before harvesting.The results showed that ringing treatment promoted flavonoid accumulation in fruits whereas vitamin C accumulation decreased.Ringing before flowering increased fruit setting rate,but flavonoid accumulation in fruits was low;ringing after flowering increased fruit weight.The contents of soluble solid,total and reducing sugar,titratable acid,and polyphenols in fruits increased when the ringing treatment was performed after flowering and before harvesting,but contents of flavonoids and alkaloids decreased.It is not suggested ringing before harvesting because the wound did not heal easily.
