摘  要:弹性车轮在地铁及城市轨道交通上的可应用性正在进行深入研究。我国市域线路也包括不少高架线路,因此有必要研究弹性车轮对高架桥梁结构噪声的影响。利用有限元-边界元法建立频域轮轨相互作用模型及桥梁振动声辐射模型,并利用文献测试结果对仿真模型进行验证。在此基础上,分析弹性车轮橡胶参数对桥梁结构噪声的影响,得到以下结论:弹性车轮橡胶弹性模量的变化对桥梁结构噪声辐射总声压级影响较大,当橡胶弹性模量取10 MPa时,桥梁结构噪声辐射总声压级较刚性车轮可降低4.56 dB,但随着橡胶弹性模量的增加,弹性车轮解耦频率也增加,桥梁结构噪声逐渐增大,并逐渐趋于刚性车轮情况下的桥梁噪声;弹性车轮橡胶结构阻尼比的变化对箱梁结构降噪量影响不明显,当橡胶阻尼比由0.1增至0.4时,桥梁结构噪声辐射总声压级只降低1.04 dB;弹性车轮橡胶泊松比的改变对桥梁结构噪声总声压级影响很小。研究成果对弹性车轮在城市轨道交通的推广应用提供一定的参考。The applicability of resilient wheels in metro and urban rail transit is under in-depth study.The suburban lines in China that include many elevated lines necessitates the study of the effect of resilient wheels on structure-borne noise of box-grider bridges.The finite element-boundary element method was used to establish the wheel-rail interaction model in the frequency domain and the acoustic radiation model of bridge vibration.The test results in literature were used to verify the simulation model.On this basis,the influence of resilient wheel rubber parameters on the structure-borne noise of box-grider bridges was analyzed.The results show that the change of rubber elastic modulus of resilient wheels has a great influence on the total sound pressure level of the bridge structure-borne noise.When the elastic modulus of rubber is 10 MPa,the total sound pressure level of the structure-borne noise can be reduced by 4.56 dB compared with that of rigid wheels.However,with the increase of elastic modulus of rubber,the decoupling frequency of resilient wheel increases,leading to the gradual increase of the bridge structure noise,which tends to be close to the bridge noise caused by rigid wheels.The change of damping ratio of resilient wheel rubber structure has no obvious effect on the structure-borne noise of box-grider bridges.When the rubber damping ratio changes from 0.1 to 0.4,the total sound pressure level of structure-borne noise is just reduced by 1.04 dB.The change of Poisson’s ratio of resilient wheel rubber structure has minor effect on the structure-borne noise of box-grider bridges.The research results provide some reference for the application of resilient wheels in urban rail transit.
