摘  要:转座子是一种可移动的遗传元件,它不仅是耐药基因的载体,还会使耐药基因在不同菌属之间水平转移,造成耐药多样性现象。转座子在细菌耐药性传播过程中发挥着重要的作用。因此,了解影响转座子介导细菌耐药性传播的因素,可为深度解析细菌耐药机制,从而有效遏制细菌耐药性的传递,以及研发新型抗菌药物提供思路。对不同转座子在细菌耐药性传播中发挥的作用及其影响因素进行综述,以期为细菌耐药性的防控提供参考。Transposon is a mobile genetic element.It is not only the carrier of drug resistance genes but also the horizontal transfer of drug resistance genes between different genera,resulting in drug resistance diversity.Transposons play an important role in the transmission of bacterial resistance.Therefore,understanding the factors affecting transposon-mediated bacterial drug resistance transmission can provide ideas for in-depth analysis of bacterial drug resistance mechanisms,thus effectively curbing the transmission of bacterial drug resistance and developing new antimicrobial drugs.In this paper,the roles and influencing factors of different transposons in the spread of bacterial resistance were reviewed in order to provide a reference for the prevention and control of bacterial resistance.
