摘  要:对于当前高校研究生的培养模式与市场职业需求的契合度不够,研究生的实践能力与岗位需求相比还存在差距的现状下。针对视觉传达品牌设计专业硕士培养特点提出“岗位与产学一体”人才培养模式,该培养模式通过专业与产业对接、学校与企业对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接等方式实现高校与产业的深度合作,从而提升专业学位研究生人才培养质量。有助于突出专业学位研究生职业性、实践性、学术性、创新性的综合能力培养,实现视觉传达品牌设计专业硕士研究生教育的可持续发展。The current training mode of graduate students in colleges and universities does not fit well with the market occupational demand,and there is still a gap between the practical ability of graduate students and the job demand.According to the cultivation characteristics of master's degree in visual communication brand design,the talent training mode of“integrating post with industry”is proposed.Through the connection between specialty and industry,between school and enterprise,between curriculum content and professional standards,and between teaching process and production process,deep cooperation between universities and industry is realized,so as to improve the quality of professional degree graduate talent training.It is helpful to highlight the cultivation of professional,practical,academic and innovative comprehensive abilities of professional degree graduates,and realize the sustainable development of visual communication brand design master education.
