基于WOS数据库的高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离研究特征及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的对近20年高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离相关文献进行计量学分析,探讨其研究特征、热点及趋势。方法基于Web of Science核心合集,采用VOSviewer软件对2001年至2020年高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离相关文献的总体特征进行关系网络构建及可视化分析。结果本分析共有237篇文献,总共被引5272次,篇均被引22次。在20年的时间里SCI发文量呈上升趋势,2016年达到峰值。发表论文数量最多的国家是中国,其次是日本、意大利、美国。发表论文数量最多和h指数最高的机构是日本大阪大学。发表论文数量排名前2位的期刊是Retina和American Journal of Ophthalmology。关键词共现分析发现,高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离相关研究,主要集中在玻璃体切除相关手术的探索上。该领域被引用次数排名前十的文献提示不同的年限研究的侧重点有区别,2001—2011年主要为玻璃体切割术的使用推广和内容物的填充,2011年之后为内界膜填塞、内界膜翻瓣、内外路联合手术的探索。结论近些年高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的研究主要集中在玻璃体切割手术为基础的手术方式的改进上,如何更为恰当的处理玻璃体切割手术中的内界膜是国际学者研究的热点,具有较广阔的前景。Objective To carry out a quantitative analysis of the literature related to macular hole retinal detachment with high myopia in the past 20 years,and to discuss its research characteristics,hotspots and trends.〖WTHZ〗Methods Based on the core collection of Web of Science,VOSviewer software was used to construct the relationship network and visualize the overall characteristics of the literature related to macular hole retinal detachment in high myopia from 2001 to 2020.Results There were 237 articles in this analysis,with a total of 5272 citations,with an average of 22 citations.The number of SCI publications has been on the rise for two decades,reaching a peak in 2016.The country with the largest number of published papers is China,followed by Japan,Italy and the United States.The institution with the largest number of published papers and the highest hindex is Osaka University,Japan.The top two journals for the number of published papers are Retina and American Journal of Ophthalmology.Key words cooccurrence analysis found that researches related to macular hole retinal detachment in high myopia mainly focus on the exploration ofvitrectomyrelatedsurgery.The top ten most cited papers in this field indicate that the focus of research in different years is different.From 2001 to 2011,it was mainly the use and promotion of vitrectomy and the filling of the contents,and after 2011,the internal limiting membrane tamponade,inverted internal limiting membrane insertion and combined internal and external surgery.ConclusionIn recent years,research on macular retinal detachment in high myopia has mainly focused on the improvement of vitrectomybased surgical procedures.How to properly handle the internal limiting membrane during vitrectomy is a hot topic of international scholars and has a broad prospect.
