摘 要:体教融合在树立健康第一教育理念的前提下,意在将我国竞技体育后备人才培养融入国民教育体系中,为我国学校体育改革与发展提供了新的发展方向。该研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,探究体教融合背景下学校竞技体育后备人才培养的发展要义。从竞技体育后备人才培养的发展及内涵,落实健康第一教育理念;体教融合、学训结合;赛事引领、以体育人3个方面分析学校竞技体育是竞技体育后备人才的基础性工作,提出“纯竞技体育”观念壁垒亟待消解、“体”“教”融合主导地位需明确、多元主体协同育人理念需加强的发展建议。On the premise of establishing the educational concept of Health First,the integration of sports and education intends to integrate the cultivation of China's competitive sports reserve talents into the national education system,which provides a new development direction for the reform and development of school sports in China.This study uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to explore the development significance of the training of school competitive sports reserve talents under the background of the integration of sports and education.Analyzing school competitive sports from three aspects:the implementation of the educational concept of Health First from the development and connotation of the training of competitive sports reserve talents,the integration of sports and education and combination of learning and training,and the guidance of events and the education of people through sports is the basic work of competitive sports reserve talents.It puts forward development suggestions that the conceptual barrier of "pure competitive sports" needs to be eliminated urgently,the dominant position of the integration of "sports" and "education" needs to be clarified,and that the concept of multi-subject collaborative education needs to be strengthened.
