摘 要:该文研究了提升乡村幼儿教师体育教学能力的必要性、意义和当前的研究现状,调查了乡村幼儿教师的体育教学能力,分析总结了造成体育教学能力不足的原因。针对目前乡村幼儿教师体育教学能力缺失的现状,从建立和完善提升乡村幼儿教师体育教学能力的体制入手,从多角度出发,提出了提升乡村幼儿教师体育教学能力的方法、途径和长效机制。This paper studies the necessity,significance and current research status of improving the PE teaching ability of rural preschool teachers,investigates the PE teaching ability of rural preschool teachers,analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the lack of PE teaching ability.In view of the current situation of the lack of the PE teaching ability of rural preschool teachers,starting from establishing and improving the system of the PE teaching ability of rural preschool teachers,this paper puts forward methods,ways and long-term mechanism to improve the PE teaching ability of rural preschool teachers from multiple perspectives.
