手机对青少年参与闲暇体育的异化影响及对策

摘　　要：闲暇体育是青少年体育的重要组成部分,随着手机在青少年群体中的普及,青少年闲暇时间不断被手机侵占,青少年参与闲暇体育逐渐成为青少年体育工作中的薄弱环节。手机异化现象在价值观念、自主性、行为习惯、交往方式等方面影响着青少年参与闲暇体育。该文运用文献资料法分析手机对青少年参与闲暇体育的异化影响根源,通过加强对手机功能研发的监管,构建手机教育管理体系,履行家庭教育主体责任,加强校园闲暇体育文化建设等来改善手机对青少年参与闲暇体育的异化影响,对新时代青少年体育健康发展具有重大的现实价值。Leisure sports is an important part of youth sports.With the popularity of cellphones among youth groups,youth's leisure time is constantly encroached by cellphones,and youth's participation in leisure sports has gradually become a weak link in youth sports work.The alienation phenomenon of cellphones affects adolescents'participation in leisure sports in terms of values,autonomy,behavioral habits and intercourse methods.This paper uses the literature method to analyze the root causes of the alienation influence of cellphones on youth's participation in leisure sports,and improves the alienation influence of cellphones on youth's participation in leisure sports by strengthening the supervision of research and development of cellphone functions,constructing the cellphone education management system,fulfilling the main responsibility of family education,and strengthening the construction of leisure sports culture on campus,which has great practical value for the healthy development of youth sports in the new era.
