摘 要:目的 分析原发性肝癌(primary liver cancer,PLC)采取磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)与多排螺旋计算机断层扫描(multi-slice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)增强扫描病灶的诊断效能和影像学表现。方法 本次总共抽取2020年1月-2021年12月40例病例展开研究,均以PLC确诊,回顾性分析其相关资料。所有对象均实施MRI、MSCT等增强扫描。对比两种方式诊断效能,分析两者影像学表现。结果 本组40例患者共检出50个病灶,其中25例巨块型(>3cm)肝癌检出33个病灶,15例小肝癌检出17个病灶。MRI延迟期、门脉期、动脉期分别检出病灶42个(84.0%)、26个(52.0%)、47个(94.0%),而MSCT分别检出42(84.0%)、40个(80.0%)、45个(90.0%),两者除门脉期外其他期对比差异显著(P<0.05)。患者病灶包膜经MSCT、MRI显示效果差异较小(P>0.05)。本组50个病灶MRI、MSCT增强扫描分别确诊45个(90.0%)和42个(84.0%),两者差异较小(P>0.05)。结论 PLC采取MRI与MSCT增强扫描均可对病灶强化特征予以充分显示,且诊断效能相当,所以还需结合患者病情综合考虑选择MSCT或MRI以及早检出病灶。Objective To analyze diagnostic effect and imaging findings of enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and multi slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)scans for primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods The paper chose related data of 40 cases diagnosed PLC patients with enhanced scans including MRI and MSCT from January 2020 to December 2021 for review and analysis.Diagnostic effect was compared,imaging findings were analyzed between two methods.Results The paper detected 50 lesions among 40 patients in the group,including 33 lesions in 25 cases with massive(>3cm)liver cancer and 17 lesions in 15 cases with small liver cancer.MRI detected 42(84.0%),26(52.0%),and 47(94.0%)lesions in delayed phase,portal phase,and arterial phase respectively,while MSCT detected 42(84.0%),40(80.0%),and 45(90.0%)lesions respectively.There was significant difference between two stages except for portal phase(P<0.05).MSCT and MRI showed little difference in lesion capsule effect of patients(P>0.05).For 50 lesions in the group,45(90.0%)were diagnosed by MRI and 42(84.0%)by MSCT enhancement scanning respectively,with little difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and MSCT enhanced scanning can fully display enhanced features of PLC lesions,with similar diagnostic effect.Therefore,it is necessary to consider selection of MSCT or MRI comprehensively with early lesion detection based on condition of patients.
