摘　　要：PET间歇转鼓固相聚合工艺相较于连续固相聚合工艺,黏度、色度等关键产品质量指标很难稳定控制,通过对生产情况归纳总结发现,真空在影响间歇转鼓固相聚合过程众多因素中较为活跃,其抽真空效果对产品增粘速率、产品颜色、生产周期等均有较大影响。Pet intermittent drum solid process compared with continuous solid process,viscosity,color,and other key product quality index is difficult to stable control,through the production situation induction summary found that the vacuum in intermittent drum solid process many factors more active,the vacuum effect on product adhesion rate,product color,production cycle have great influence.
