摘 要:探索了低压铸造ZL101A后盖铸件缩孔缺陷改善过程,分析了该铸件结构下缩孔缺陷的成因。通过对模具局部优化,增加镶块使用局部冷却工艺,提高缩孔部位冷却速度,经验证通过提高模具局部冷却无法完全消除缩孔缺陷;为进一步消除缩孔缺陷,对铸件结构进行局部优化增加补缩通道,并用MAGMA软件对优化前后方案进行凝固模拟对比分析,以确定最优更改方案。生产验证表明,通过铸件结构优化、模具局部冷却、浇注工艺参数优化等方面改善实施,有效降低了铸件缩孔缺陷。The improvement process of shrinkage hole defect in ZL101A back cover castings of low pressure casting was explored,and the causes of shrinkage hole defect in ZL101A back cover castings were analyzed.Through the local optimization of the die,increasing the local cooling process of the insert and improving the cooling speed of the shrinkage cavity,it is proved that the shrinkage cavity defects cannot be completely eliminated by improving the local cooling of the die.In order to further eliminate the shrinkage cavity defects,the local optimization of the casting structure was carried out to increase the feeding channel,and the MAGMA software was used to conduct solidification simulation and comparison analysis of the schemes before and after optimization,so as to determine the optimal modification scheme.The production verification shows that,through the optimization of casting structure,mold local cooling,casting process parameters optimization and other aspects of improvement and implementation,the casting shrinkage hole defects are effectively reduced.
