摘 要:随着高比例分布式新能源的接入,配电网运行的随机性不断增大,充分挖掘需求侧资源的灵活可调特性,对于改善电网运行的安全性和经济性意义重大。文章首先提出一种基于虚拟储能模型的需求侧资源优化运行架构,将需求侧资源的随机动态优化问题建模成一个多时段随机序贯决策问题,进而提出一种随机动态规划方法进行求解。所提方法通过构造值函数避免进行期望值的计算,并采用数据驱动的方法对值函数进行训练,得到收敛的近似值函数,将其投入在线运行可得到需求侧资源的优化调度决策,从而避免了系统的多重不确定性因素。通过仿真算例验证该方法可避免电价、电动汽车等数据预测误差的影响,在计算效率、计算精度以及面对多重不确定性因素决策方面具有优越性。With the access of high proportion of distributed new energy,the randomness of distribution network operation is increasing,and it is of great significance to improve the security and economy of power grid operation to fully explore the flexible and adjustable characteristics of demand-side resources.In this paper,a demand-side resource optimization operation architecture based on virtual energy storage(VS)model is proposed,and the stochastic dynamic optimization of demand-side resources is modeling into a multi-period random sequential decision problem,and then a stochastic dynamic programming(SDP)method is proposed.The proposed method avoids the calculation of expected values by constructing the value function,and adopts the data-driven method to train the value function to obtain the convergent approximate value function,and put it into online operation to obtain the optimal scheduling decision of demand-side resources,so as to avoid the multiple uncertainty factors of the system.The simulation examples verify that the method can avoid the influence of data prediction error such as electricity price and EV,and has advantages in calculation efficiency,calculation accuracy and multiple uncertainty factors.
