摘  要:[目的]分析不同强度抗阻训练对2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)血脂指标的干预效果.[方法]在国际公认的数据库检索有关抗阻训练对2型糖尿病血脂干预的相关文献,筛选后最终纳入17项随机对照实验,采用R语言进行Meta分析.[结果]中低强度抗阻训练对甘油三酯(TG)的治疗效果比高强度抗阻训练好,高强度抗阻训练对总胆固醇(TC),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)的治疗效果优于中低强度抗阻训练.[结论]高强度抗阻训练可作为稳定T2DM患者血脂水平、降低心血管风险的辅助手段,针对TG过高问题突出的T2DM患者群体中低强度抗阻训练的辅助治疗效果更好.[Objective]To systematically evaluate the intervention of different resistance intensity training on lipid indices in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).[Methods]The literature on resistance training on lipid intervention in type 2 diabetes mellitus was searched in internationally recognized databases,and 17 randomized controlled trials were finally included after screening,and Meta-analysis was performed using R language.[Results]The treatment effect of low and medium-intensity resistance training on triglycerides(TG)was better than that of high-intensity resistance training,and the treatment effect of high-intensity resistance training on total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)was better than that of low-strength-grade resistance training.[Conclusion]High-intensity resistance training can be used as an adjunct to stabilize lipid levels and reduce cardiovascular risk in patients with T2DM,and low-intensity resistance training is more effective as an adjunct to treatment in a group of patients with T2DM with high TG.
