摘  要:采用ANSYS有限元方法,对2种不同排列形式的折边式蜂窝夹套进行应力分析,对单独静应力、温差应力以及静应力共同作用下的这2种排列形式的蜂窝夹套进行强度计算和疲劳寿命校核。结果表明,2种排列形式的折边式蜂窝夹套均能满足相关标准规定的结构强度和疲劳寿命指标。其中,三角形排列的折边式蜂窝夹套在应力水平、内筒体变形量、外夹套变形量等方面均比正方形排列的折边式蜂窝夹套更具优势,更适合工程实际应用。ANSYS finite element method was adopted to analyze the stress of jackets with two different arrangement forms of folded honeycomb.The strength calculation and fatigue life check of jackets with the two arrangement forms under the combined action of single static stress and temperature difference stress and static stress were carried out.The results show that the structural strength and fatigue life of the two form jackets can meet the requirements of relevant standards,the triangular folded honeycomb jacket has advantages over the square folded honeycomb jacket in terms of stress level,inner cylinder deformation and outer jacket deformation,and is more suitable for engineering application.
