摘　　要：目的综述离子敏感型原位凝胶在眼部给药的应用。方法查阅近些年国内外关于眼用离子敏感型原位凝胶的相关文献,并对其进行归纳、整理和总结。结果原位凝胶具有滴眼液和眼用凝胶剂的双重优势,能够克服传统眼用剂型的局限性,延长药物在角膜的滞留时间,减少给药次数,提高生物利用度,增强患者依从性。结论眼用原位凝胶制剂具有独特的优势,在治疗眼部疾病方面有着巨大的潜力和广阔的前景。Objective To review the application of ion-sensitive in-situ gel in ophthalmic drug delivery.Methods The relevant literatures about ion-sensitive in-situ gel in ophthalmic drug delivery at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed and summarized.Results The in-situ gel has the advantages of both eye drops and ophthalmic gel,which can overcome the limitations of traditional ophthalmic dosage forms,prolong the retention time of drugs in the cornea,reduce the times of drug administration,improve bioavailability and improve patient compliance.Conclusion Ophthalmic in-situ gel has unique advantages and has great potential and broad prospect in the treatment of ocular diseases.
