摘　　要：卵巢成熟型囊性畸胎瘤是一种常见的女性生殖细胞良性肿瘤,其恶变少见,伴有肿瘤自发性破裂更为罕见,目前尚无统一的治疗方案。本文报道1例卵巢成熟型畸胎瘤局部鳞癌伴肉瘤样变伴自发破裂的诊疗过程,并文献回顾。Ovarian mature cystic teratoma is a common benign tumor of female germ cells.Malignant transformation and spontaneous rupture of ovarian teratoma are rare,and there is no consensus on the treatment.A case of local squamous cell carcinoma with the sarcomatoid transformation of mature ovarian teratoma with spontaneous rupture will be reported in this article with related literature being reviewed.
