摘　　要：目的了解性别发育异常患儿父母创伤后成长的体验,以期为对性别发育异常患儿父母的心理护理提供参考。方法采用定性研究方法中的半结构访谈法对11名性别发育异常患儿父母进行访谈,并使用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行归纳分析,提炼主题。结果共提炼出4个主题:重新定义生活中事物的优先级,人际关系的改变,个人力量的增长,生活中新可能性。结论性别发育异常患儿父母在对抗疾病的过程中可产生创伤后成长,维护患儿隐私可促进父母创伤后成长。Objective To study the post-traumatic growth experience for parents of children with disorders of sex development and provide reference for psychological care on parents of children with disorders of sex development.Method Interview 11 parents of children with disorders of sex development by semi-structured interview of qualitative research method.Arrange and analyze the information by Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method and extract the themes.Result Totally four themes are extracted:redefinition on priority of things in daily life,change on interpersonal relationship,growth of personal strength and new possibilities in daily life.Conclusion Post-traumatic growth will be developed during the procedure of fighting against disease for parents of children with disorders of sex development.Protect children’s privacy can improve parents’post-traumatic growth.
