摘 要:文章针对港口水域油气污染的扩散特征展开分析,并设计了一种源强计算方法。以某港口水域附近小型石化企业为对象,在完成采样布点后,监测储罐区及脱酸区的油气污染物浓度。结合港口水域附近的气象条件,设置油气污染的源强监测点,采用单箱模型计算港口水域油气污染的源强。结果表明:港口水域油气污染排放相对稳定,100米、200米和300米采样线的油气污染物浓度会受到近源浓度扩散的影响,基本不会出现大范围扩散。根据单箱模型计算源强的适用性和不确定性,通过计算发现,港口水域油气污染物SO_(2)、CO和NO_(x)的源强分别为131.08 t/d、7318.09 t/d和427.27 t/d。This paper analyzes the diffusion characteristics of oil and gas pollution in port waters,and designs a source intensity calculation method.Taking a small petrochemical enterprise near a port water area as an example,the concentration of oil and gas pollutants in the storage tank area and the deacidification area was monitored after the completion of sampling points.Based on the meteorological conditions near the port waters,a monitoring point for the source intensity of oil and gas pollution is set up,and a single box model is used to calculate the source intensity of oil and gas pollution in the port waters.The results show that the emission of oil and gas pollution in port waters is relatively stable,and the concentration of oil and gas pollutants at sampling lines of 100,200,and 300 meters will be affected by the concentration diffusion near the source.There will be basically no large-scale diffusion.According to the applicability and uncertainty of source intensity calculation using a single box model,it is found that the source intensities of oil and gas pollutants SO_(2),CO,and NO_(x) in port waters are 131.08 t/d,7318.09 t/d,and 427.27 t/d,respectively.
