摘  要:为分析芝麻种质资源在芽期低温胁迫下的反应差异,以324份江西芝麻地方种质资源为材料,分别设置对照(28℃)和低温胁迫(18℃)2个处理组,测定其芽长、根长和苗鲜重,利用3个形态指标的相对值进行了相关性分析,并基于隶属函数值法对芝麻种质资源进行了综合性评价。结果表明:18℃低温胁迫下,芝麻幼苗的芽长、根长及苗鲜重均出现了明显下降,各指标之间均呈现显著差异;通过聚类分析将324份江西芝麻种质资源分为5类:20份高耐低温材料、100份耐低温材料、146份中耐低温材料、54份不耐低温材料及4份极不耐低温材料;同一地理区域来源的芝麻种质的低温耐受能力也存在较大差异,芝麻芽期的耐低温性与地理分布无直接相关性。In order to analyze the difference in response to low temperature stress at early period of Jiangxi sesame germplasm resources,324 local sesame germplasm resources in Jiangxi Province were used as materials,and the treatment groups were set up for low temperature stress(18℃)and control(28℃).Then we determined their shoot length,root length,seedling fresh weight and their relative values,analyzed the correlation,and comprehensively evaluated these resources by membership function method.The results showed that the shoot length,root length and fresh weight of sesame seedlings decreased significantly under 18℃treatment,and there were significant differences among the indicators.The 324 sesame materials were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis including 20 high tolerant materials to low temperature,100 low temperature-tolerant materials,146 intermediate tolerant materials,54 intolerant materials to low temperature and 4 extremely low temperature intolerant materials.Low temperature tolerance of sesame germplasms from the same location had huge differences,but it was not directly related to geographical distribution.
