摘　　要：分析了上海21所高职院校发展的基本特征及存在问题,并从扩量提质、对标地区重点新兴产业、服务国家重大战略、补足民办高职教育发展“短板”和促进地区高职教育集约化发展等五个方面提出了具体的路径建议,可为国内经济相对发达地区高职教育高质量发展提供参考。This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and existing problems of the development of 21 vocational colleges in Shanghai,and puts forward specific path suggestions from five aspects,such as expanding quantity and improving quality,benchmarking key emerging industries in the region,serving major national strategies,making up for the“short board”of private vocational education development and promoting the intensive development of regional higher vocational education,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in economically relatively developed areas of China in the future.
