摘　　要：Lumican是富含亮氨酸重复序列的小分子蛋白聚糖(small leucine rich repeat proteoglycans,SLRPs)家族成员之一。细胞外基质的一个关键成分是lumican,这是一种在各种疾病发展过程中发挥重要作用的蛋白多糖。Lumican与多种眼部疾病有关,但其在不同眼科疾病中的表达及作用仍不是很明确。本文简述lumican的结构、在人体各器官的分布情况,重点描述lumican在炎症性眼病、创伤愈合、白内障、青光眼、视网膜疾病以及病理性近视中的表达情况、作用及作用机制,并对lumican的深层研究以及其在临床上的治疗意义进行了展望。Lumican is a member of the small leucine rich repeat proteoglycans(SLRPs)family.A key component of the extracellular matrix is lumican,a proteoglycan that plays an important role in the development of various diseases.Lumican has been implicated in a variety of ocular diseases,but its expression and function in different ocular diseases are still unclear.This article briefly describes the structure and distribution of lumican in various organs of the human body,and focuses on the expression,role and mechanism of lumican in inflammatory eye diseases,wound healing,cataract,glaucoma,retinal diseases and pathological myopia.Finally,the further research of lumican and its clinical significance are prospected.
