基于OBE理念构建应用型公安专业人才培养方案新思考

摘　　要：新一轮审核评估已然开始,一流专业建设更需要高质量的人才培养方案。OBE理念在高等教育和专业认证领域广泛应用,立足办学特色,在明确人才培养方案构建总体思路、指导思想和基本原则的基础上,从顶层设计、实施路线、质量评价三个角度提出构建专业人才培养方案的方法路径,为公安高等教育提高人才培养质量提供了新理念、新思路和新范式。Under the background of the new-round verifying appraisal of the undergraduate education and teaching,the highly qualified talent cultivation plan is required urgently by the first-class major construction.Based on the Outcome-Based Education theory(OBE)which is widely applied in higher education and professional certification fields,and according to college characteristics,firstly,it’s necessary to specify the overall thinking mode,guiding ideas,and basic principles for talent cultivation plan formulation.Secondly the talent cultivation plan can be formulated from the perspectives of top-level planning,practicing paths and quality evaluation,providing new ideas,new thinking modes and new paradigms for qualified policing talent cultivation.
