手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨手术治疗方式应用于结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的临床治疗方式及其效果。方法选取2021年1~10月本院接受治疗的结节性甲状腺肿患者176例,基于所采取手术方式进行分组。常规组应用甲状腺全切手术,实验组应用甲状腺次全切手术。对比治疗效果、手术指标、手术相关并发症。结果 实验组患者治疗有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者手术时间、住院时间与出血量均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组手术相关并发症明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺次全切手术对于结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者的治疗效果较好,疗效明显患者认可度较高,能够有效推动患者快速康复,值得推广。Objective To explore clinical treatment and effect of surgical treatment for nodular goiter with thyroid cancer.Methods The paper chose 176 patients with nodular goiter treated in our hospital from January to October 2021,and divided them into groups based on surgical methods.Routine group was treated with total thyroidectomy,while experimental group with subtotal thyroidectomy.Treatment effect,surgical indicators,and surgical related complications were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Operative time,length of stay,and bleeding volume in experimental group was significantly lower than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Surgical related complications in experimental group were significantly lower than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Subtotal thyroidectomy can achieve good curative effect for patients with nodular goiter and thyroid cancer,with high acceptance of patients,can promote rapid recovery effectively,which is worthy of promoton.
