摘  要:目的 探讨镍钛机扩和不锈钢K锉手扩根管预备效果。方法 选取2021年9月-2022年8月云浮市人民医院收治的根管治疗患者200例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组100例。实验组使用镍钛机用器械进行根管预备成型,对照组使用不锈钢K锉手扩进行根管预备。通过统计其根备术后不良反应、恰填率及根管预备时间等数据进行对比、分析,并简单阐述可能的机制。结果 实验组患者的根管预备时间范围3~10min,平均(5.54±1.03)min,对照组患者的根管预备时间范围5~18min,平均(13.51±2.93)min。实验组患者平均根管预备时间短于对照组患者(t=-25.662,P=0.000)。实验组患者术后中重度疼痛的比例为7.00%,显著低于对照组患者术后中重度疼痛比例26.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者根管恰填的比例为91.00%,显著高于对照组患者根管恰填比例55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者根管偏移的发生率为15.00%,显著低于对照组患者根管偏移的发生率56.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与不锈钢K锉手扩根管预备相比,镍钛机扩根管预备系统优势显著,不仅可以缩短根管预备时间,提升恰填率,还可以减轻患者痛苦并降低术后并发症风险,具有一定临床价值,值得具有相应条件的医疗机构推广应用。Objective To investigate the preparation effect of nitinol machine reaming and stainless steel K file hand reaming.Methods 200 patients with root canal therapy treated in Yunfu People's Hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group used nickel titanium machine instruments for root canal preparation,and the control group used stainless steel K file hand dilation for root canal preparation.The data of adverse reactions,proper filling rate and root canal preparation time after root preparation were compared and analyzed,and the possible mechanism was briefly described.Results The root canal preparation time of patients in the experimental group ranged from 3~10 min,with an average of(5.54±1.03)min,and that of patients in the control group ranged from 5~18 min,with an average of(13.51±2.93)min.The average root canal preparation time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(t=-25.662,P=0.000).The proportion of moderate and severe postoperative pain in the experimental group was 7.00%,which was significantly lower than 26.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of root canal filling in the experimental group was 91.00%,which was significantly higher than 55.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of root canal deviation in the experimental group was 15.00%.The incidence of root canal deviation in the control group was significantly lower than 56.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the stainless steel K-file hand root canal preparation,the nickel titanium machine root canal preparation system has significant advantages.It can not only shorten the root canal preparation time and improve the proper filling rate,but also reduce the pain of patients and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.It has certain clinical value and is worthy of popularization and application in medical institutions with corresponding conditions.
