摘  要:一家银行有文化、有理想、有灵魂,才能不被眼前的利益得失所束缚,才能有长远发展。实际上,应对各类“变”与“不变”,优秀的企业文化不仅是今后商业银行竞逐市场最大的底气,更是确保商业银行在实现自身高质量发展的同时,不断实现人民对美好生活的向往的关键因素。In the new era,an excellent corporate culture is not only the biggest strength for commercial banks to compete in the market in the future,but also a key factor to ensure that commercial banks continue to realize people's yearning for a better life while achieving banks own high-quality development.Over the years,taking corporate culture as the engine,the Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank has deeply rooted the concept of financial services to MSMEs in all aspects of long-term management activities and business development,which has become a unique aspiration,value and behavior habit in the bank,providing a strong endogenous impetus to high-quality development of financial services to MSMEs and realization of the goal of becoming a"good bank".
