胃祺饮联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃络瘀血证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胃祺饮联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)胃络瘀血证的临床疗效。方法:选取60例CAG胃络瘀血证患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各30例,研究过程中2组各脱落1例,最终纳入2组各29例。对照组给予替普瑞酮胶囊等常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予胃祺饮治疗,2组均治疗1个月。比较2组临床疗效、胃黏膜评分,以及胃泌素(GAS)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素(ET)与炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)]水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率93.10%,高于对照组68.97%(P<0.05)。2组胃黏膜评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组胃黏膜评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血浆GAS、血清CGRP水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),血清ET水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组血浆GAS、血清CGRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),血清ET水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血清TNF-α、CRP及IL-6水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃祺饮联合西药治疗CAG胃络瘀血证疗效显著,可有效修复胃黏膜,调节胃肠激素水平,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Weiqi Decoction combined with western medicine for chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with blood stasis in the stomach collateral syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 cases of CAG patients with blood stasis in the stomach collateral syndrome were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group,both groups dropped 1 case during the study,and 29 cases were finally included respectively.The control group was treated with routine western medicine including Teprenone Capsules,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Weiqi Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical effects,scores of gastric mucosae,and the levels of gastrin(GAS),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),endothelin(ET)and inflammatory indexes[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.10%in the treatment group,higher than that of 68.97%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of gastric mucosae in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),andthe above score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels ofplasma GAS and serum CGRP in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of serum ET in both groups were decreased when compared with those beforetreatment (P<0.05);the levels of plasma GAS and serum CGRP in the treatment group were higher thanthose in the control group (P<0.05),and the levels of serum ET in the treatment group was lower than thatin the control group (P<0.05). The levels of TNF- α, CRP and IL- 6 in serum in the two groups weredecreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6in serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control gro
