金胃泰胶囊联合三联疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金胃泰胶囊联合三联疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取135例慢性浅表性胃炎患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组68例与对照组67例。对照组给予三联疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合金胃泰胶囊治疗。治疗1个月后观察2组临床疗效及复发率,以及治疗前后中医证候评分、血清胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.59%,对照组为83.58%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃脘胀满、胁肋疼痛、恶心、嗳气、大便不爽等中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清MTL、GAS水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组MTL、GAS水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组MTL、GAS水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为7.69%,对照组为21.43%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金胃泰胶囊联合三联疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效肯定,可显著缓解中医证候,有效调节胃肠激素水平,降低疾病复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinweitai Capsules combined with triple therapy for chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:A total of 135 cases of chronic superficial gastritis were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 68 and 67 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Jinweitai Capsules combined with triple therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in serum before and after treatment,and clinical effects and the recurrence rates after one-month treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.59%in the treatment group and 83.58%in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores including distension and fullness in the stomach cavity,pain in the rib side,nausea,belching,and incomplete defecation in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and each TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of MTL and GAS in serum between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MTL and GAS in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the two levels inthe treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate was 7.69%in the treatment group and 21.43% in the control group,the difference being significant between the twogroups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Jinweitai Capsules combined with triple therapy has a definite curative effectin the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis,which can significantly relieve TCM syndromes,effectivelyregulate levels of gastrointestinal hormones,and reduce the recurrence rates of the disease.
