麻仁丸联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗老年功能性便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察麻仁丸联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将80例老年功能性便秘分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组采用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,治疗组采用麻仁丸联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率,以及治疗前后临床症状体征、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)、便秘程度(Wexner)评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组77.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组排便频率、排便速度、排便费力、粪便性状、腹胀评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组上述症状体征评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组GIQLI评分均较治疗前升高,Wexner评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且治疗组2项评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组为5.00%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麻仁丸联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗老年功能性便秘疗效显著,能有效缓解患者便秘症状,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量,且无明显增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Maren Pills combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets for functional constipation in the senile.Methods:A total of 80 cases of senile patients with functional constipation were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Maren Pills combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets.The clinical symptoms and signs,and the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depressing Scale(SDS),Gastrointestinal Quality of Life index(GIQLI),and Wexner Score(Wexner)before and after treatment,as well as the clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00%in the treatment group,higher than that of 77.50%in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of defecation frequency,defecation speed,difficulty of defecation,stool characteristics,and abdominal distension in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each score of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Aftertreatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased when compared with thosebefore treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS in the treatment group were lower than thosein the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the GIQLI scores in the two groups were increased whencompared with those before treatment, and Wexner scores were decreased when compared with thosebefore treatment (P<0.05);the improvement of the two scores in the treatment group was better than thatin the control group (P<0.05).
