摘　　要：在学前教育高质量内涵式发展的时代背景下,对学前教育质量进行有效监测是提高学前教育质量的有力手段,也是现代化教育管理体系中不可缺少的重要组成部分。指标体系的构建是质量监测中最为重要的部分,是质量信息获取、问题诊断与政策制定的基础。当前,我国的学前教育质量监测工作缺乏理论与实践基础,各地的幼儿园教育质量评价指标体系也存在诸多函待改进之处。本研究基于可持续发展理念,按照“理论模型-指标体系-效度验证”的思路,构建学前教育质量监测的分层指标体系,以期服务于政府主管部门对学前教育质量的科学监测、循证决策与实践改进。Jintheera of connotative and highquality development of preschooleducation,the quality monitoring isapowerl means to improve the quality of preschool education,and is also an indispensable and important component of the moderm education management system The construction of an index system is the most important partofquality monitoring,andisthe basis forquality infomation acquisition,problem diagnosis,and policyfomulation.Currenty,the quality monitoring of preschoo education in China lacks theoretical and practical foundations,and there are also many areas that need to be improved in the evaluation index system for preschoolquality in local kindergartens.This study is based on the concept of sustainable development and follows the idea of"theoretical modelindex systemvalidity verification"to construct a hierarchical index system for preschool education qualiy monitoring,with a view to serving the scientifc monitoring,evidence-based decision-making,and continuous improvement of preschool education quality by govermment authorities.
