液基薄层细胞制片及巴氏涂片在宫颈癌筛查中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较宫颈细胞学液基薄层细胞制片与巴氏涂片在宫颈癌筛查中的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年1月成都大学附属医院200例宫颈癌筛查患者,分别采用液基薄层细胞制片、巴氏涂片检测,分析检测准确率。结果:通过病理检测发现,共检测出95例阳性病例,不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC)46例、低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)31例、高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)15例、鳞状细胞癌(SCC)3例;液基薄层细胞制片检测出86例阳性病例,巴氏涂片检测出61例阳性病例。液基薄层细胞制片检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度及鳞状上皮细胞病变程度分类,ASC、LSIL和总符合率高于巴氏涂片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈癌筛查中,液基薄层细胞制片检测的准确度、特异度、灵敏度高于巴氏涂片,值得临床应用。Objective To compare the effect of cervical cytology solution-based thin-layer cell preparation and cervical smear Pap staining preparation technology in cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 200 patients with cervical cancer screening in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from March 2019 to January 2022 were selected for in-depth analysis.Liquid-based thin layer cell preparation and Pap smear were used for detection,respectively,to analyze the monitoring accuracy.Results 95 positive cases were detected by pathological examination,including 46 cases of atypical squamous cell carcinoma(ASC),31 cases of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL),15 cases of high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)and 3 cases of squamous cell carcinoma(SCC);86 positive cases were detected by liquid-based thin-layer cytology and 61 positive cases were detected by Pap smear.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and detection method accuracy of liquid-based thin-layer cell preparation were higher than those of Pap smear,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In cervical cancer screening,the detection accuracy of liquid-based thin-layer cell preparation is higher than that of Pap smear,with higher specificity and sensitivity,which can be popularized.
