摘　　要：目的探究归脾汤联合重组人红细胞生成素对乳腺癌化疗患者的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月乳腺癌术后患者118例,随机分为2组,各59例。对照组给予重组人红细胞生成素治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合归脾汤治疗。比较2组患者中医症状评分、乳腺癌治疗功能评价表(FACT-B)说分、红细胞(RBC)水平、血红蛋白(Hb)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组治疗后乳房疼痛、腋下肿块等中医症状评分较低,ADL、FACT-B评分较高,RBC、Hb水平较高,不良反应总发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤结合重组人红细胞生成素对乳腺癌化疗患者的疗效显著,可有效改善患者化疗后贫血症状且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To explore the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Guipi decoction combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods 118 patients with breast cancer from January 2020 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the experimental group was treated with Guipi decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life,serological indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome such as breast pain and axillary mass in the experimental group were lower,ADL and FACT-B scores were higher,serum RBC and Hb levels were higher,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Guipi decoction combined with recombinant human erythropoietin has significant curative effect on breast cancer patients underwent chemotherapy,can effectively improve the anemia symptoms after chemotherapy,and has low incidence of adverse reactions.
