中条山区野生三叶木通果实性状研究

摘　　要：本研究选择了中条山区5个三叶木通集中分布区的野生单株,对其果实性状、种子性状及营养成分进行了测定与分析。结果表明,中条山区野生三叶木通单果纵径为88.0 mm~119.3 mm,横径为50.8 mm~66.3 mm,单果重为116.9 g~226.9 g,可食率为25.8%~40.9%,种子千粒重为55.4 g~96.7 g,果实营养成分丰富,综合性状较好。不同研究地果实性状存在显著或极显著差异,其中,皋落林场、同善林场、南樊林场果肉可食率较高,种子饱满度较低;祁家河林场、太宽河保护区果实较大,果皮较厚,可食率低,种子饱满度较高。Wild individuals from 5 concentrated distribution areas of Akebia trifoliata in Zhongtiao mountain area were selected to measure and analysis their fruit traits,seed traits and fruit nutritional components.The results showed that the fruit of wild Akebia trifoliata in the Zhongtiao Mountain area had a longitudinal diameter of 88.0 mm~119.3 mm and a transverse diameter of 50.8 mm~66.3 mm per fruit.The single fruit weight was 116.9 g~226.9 g,edible rate was 25.8%~40.9%and the 1000-grain weight was 55.4 g~96.7 g.The fruit was rich in nutrients and had good comprehensive properties.There were significant or extremely significant differences in fruit traits among different research sites,among which,Gaoluo Forest Farm,Tongshan Forest Farm and Nanfan Forest Farm had higher edible rates and lower seed plumpness.Qijiahe Forest Farm and Taikuanhe Nature Reserve had large fruits,thick pericarp,low edible rate and high seed plumpness.
