抗坏血酸对干旱胁迫下2种锦带花生理特性的影响

摘  要:在盆栽条件下,设置抗坏血酸浓度分别为0.0 mmol/L(CK,T1)、5.5 mmol/L(T2)、11.0 mmol/L(T3)、16.5 mmol/L(T4)4个处理,研究不同浓度抗坏血酸对干旱胁迫下2种锦带花生理特性的影响。结果表明,抗坏血酸可显著降低干旱胁迫下2种锦带花叶片内的MDA含量和电导率,提高其叶片内的可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、CAT活性、叶绿素含量和净光合速率,说明抗坏血酸会对渗透调节物质含量、保护酶活性等产生影响,以应对干旱胁迫对植物产生的危害。不同浓度处理比较来看,11.0 mmol/L的抗坏血酸能够较好的缓解干旱胁迫对2种锦带花的危害。4 treatment which ascorbic acid concentrations of 0.0 mmol/L(CK,T1),5.5 mmol/L(T2),11.0 mmol/L(T3)and 16.5 mmol/L(T4)were set up under potted conditions to study the effects of different concentrations of ascorbic acid on the physiological characteristics of 2 species of Weigela florida under drought stress.The results showed that ascorbic acid could significantly reduce the MDA content and electrical conductivity in leaves of Weigela florida under drought stress,and increase the soluble sugar content,free proline content,SOD activity,CAT activity,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate in their leaves under drought stress.That indicated that ascorbic acid would have an impact on the content of osmoregulation substances,protective enzyme activity and so on,in order to cope with the harm of drought stress on plants.Compared the treatment with different concentrations of ascorbic acid,11.0 mmol/L ascorbic acid could better alleviate the damage of drought stress to the 2 species of Weigela florida.
