摘　　要：企业管理信息化建设是一项系统性的工程,需通过一套标准体系方法来对企业的组织形式、管理模式和运行方式进行梳理和升级,以应对企业在市场经营过程中带来的风险和挑战。本文从安全是前提、流程是基础、数据是关键、集成是方法、协同是保障和降本是目标六个维度阐述管理信息化标准体系构建的原则、方法和必要性,解决企业决策层、管理层和执行层在管理体制改革和管理理念创新中面临的问题,优化企业管理水平,提升企业运行效率。The construction of enterprise management informatization is a systematic project.It is necessary to sort out and upgrade the organizational form,management mode and operation mode of the enterprise through a set of standards system methods to deal with the problems,risks and challenges faced by the enterprise in the process of market operation.This paper expounds the principles,methods and necessity of building a management informatization standards system from six dimensions:process is the foundation,data is the key,integration is the method,collaboration is the guarantee,cost reduction is the purpose,and safety is the premise.It aims to solve the problems faced by enterprise at the decision-making,management and executive levels in the process of management system reform and management concept innovation,optimize the level of enterprise management,and improve the efficiency of enterprise's operation.
