视觉训练系统联合常规弱视治疗对屈光异常弱视患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的观察视觉训练系统(VTS)联合常规弱视治疗对屈光异常弱视患儿的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2021年6月我院收治的100例屈光异常弱视患儿,按抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规弱视治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用VTS4治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及视力改善情况。结果观察组基本治愈率及BCVA高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组同时视、融合视、立体视重建率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。4~5岁组基本治愈率、BCVA、立体视重建率均高于6~10岁组(P<0.05)。结论VTS4联合常规弱视治疗可提高屈光异常弱视患儿的视力,可促进患儿同时视、融合视、立体视功能的重建。Objective To observe the effect of visual training system(VTS)combined with routine amblyopia treatment on children with ametropic amblyopia.Methods 100 children with ametropic amblyopia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots.The control group received routine amblyopia treatment,and the observation group was treated with VTS4 on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and vision improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The basic cure rate and BCVA of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The reconstruction rates of simultaneous vision,fusion vision and stereopsis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The basic cure rate,BCVA and reconstruction rate of stereopsis in the 4-5 years old group were higher than those in the 6-10 years old group(P<0.05).Conclusions VTS4 combined with routine amblyopia treatment can improve the vision of children with ametropic ametropia,and promote the reconstruction of simultaneous vision,fusion vision and stereopsis.
