摘  要:目的探讨以视频录像为基础的改良性形成性评价在妇产科技能操作培训中的应用效果。方法选择61例2018级妇产科实习医生为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(31例,采用传统形成性评价),观察组(30例,采用以视频录像为基础的改良性形成性评价)。比较两组实习医生考试成绩、授课评价评分及培训满意度。结果两组考试成绩、授课评价评分、培训满意度相比,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科技能操作培训中应用以视频录像为基础的改良性形成性评价能提高考试成绩,提升课堂质量,增加满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of formative evaluation of improvement based on video recording in skill operation training of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 61 interns of gynecology and obstetrics in 2018 were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group(31 cases,using the traditional formation evaluation)and the observation group(30 cases,using formative evaluation of improvement based on video recording)by random number table method.The examination results,teaching evaluation and training satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the test scores,teaching evaluation scores and training satisfaction of the observation groups were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operation training of obstetrics and gynecology skills,the application of formative evaluation of improvement based on video recording can improve exam scores,improve class quality and increase satisfaction.
