LASIK治疗混合性散光的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 :探讨LASIK治疗混合性散光的安全性和有效性。方法 :应用CHIRON公司Techolaskeracor 117c型准分子激光仪对 13人 (19眼 )混合性散光进行LASIK治疗。随访 6个月以上 ,观察手术前后的视力、屈光度、散光及散光轴的变化。结果 :术后随访 6个月裸眼视力≥术前矫正视力者占 89 47% ,屈光度在± 1 0D以内者占 84 2 1% ,残留散光平均为 0 49D ,散光矫正 84 66%。结论 :LASIK治疗混合性散光预测性好、安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness and safety of laser in-situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for mixed astigmatism. Methods:LASIK were run on 19 eyes of 13 patients with mixed astigmatism.All were followed for 6 months or more.Front and back treated visual acuities,refraction,astigmatism and axis of astigmatism were observed. Results:The visual acuity at 6 month after operation was better than the corrected visual acuity before operation in 17 eyes of 19(89 47%).The refraction degree after operation was less than ±1 00D in 84 21% of all the eyes.The average residual astigmatism was -0 49D,the astigmatism dropped 84 66%. Conclusions:LASIK has good stability and predictability,and is an effective method for mixed astigmatism.
