摘　　要：目的分析CT联合MRI在腹腔镜切除卵巢肿物术前评估肿瘤良恶性和临床分期中的应用价值。方法选择医院2019年1月至2021年1月诊治的卵巢肿瘤患者70例。腹腔镜切除卵巢肿物术前使用CT、MRI检查。比较两种影像学、联合诊断卵巢肿瘤良恶性、恶性肿瘤分期准确率。结果CT联合MRI诊断卵巢肿物良恶性准确率均高于单纯CT和MRI(P<0.05)。CT诊断卵巢肿物良恶性准确率低于MRI,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT联合MRI诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤分期准确率均高于单纯CT和MRI(P<0.05)。CT诊断卵巢肿物恶性分期准确率低于MRI,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT联合MRI诊断腹腔镜切除卵巢肿物术前评估肿瘤良恶性和临床分期价值最高(P<0.05)。结论CT联合MRI在腹腔镜切除卵巢肿物术前评估肿瘤良恶性和临床分期中作用价值较高,能提升检查准确性,建议使用。Objective To analyze the value of CT combined with MRI in the preoperative evaluation of benign and malig⁃nant tumors and clinical staging of laparoscopic resection of ovarian tumors.Methods 70 patients with ovarian tumors treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.CT and MRI were used before laparoscopic resection of ovari⁃an tumors.The accuracy of two kinds of imaging and combined diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and malig⁃nant tumor staging were compared.Results The accuracy of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors was higher than that of CT and MRI alone(P<0.05).The accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of benign and ma⁃lignant ovarian tumors was lower than that of MRI(P>0.05).The accuracy of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of o⁃varian malignant tumors was higher than that of CT and MRI alone(P<0.05).The accuracy of CT in diagnosing malignant stage of ovarian masses was lower than that of MRI,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).CT combined with MRI had the highest value in the preoperative evaluation of benign and malignant tumors and clinical staging(P<0.05).Conclusion CT combined with MRI is of high value in the evaluation of benign and malignant tumors and clinical staging before laparoscopic resection of ovarian tumors.It can improve the accuracy of examination.It is recommended to use it.
