摘  要:基于“三全育人”视角及人才培养目标定位,运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈法进行研究。研究认为:课程设置有偏离培养目标、办学条件受限、课程配比失衡、脱离社会需求、职业资格培训不规范问题;课程育人方面,全员育人系统合力组织难、全程育人工作成效监管难、全方位育人观念定位难。建议以人才培养目标为导向,明确育人者角色定位;以国家政策规定为导向,设置阶段考核机制;以社会供给需求为导向,培养就业人才观念为主。Based on the perspective of"Three-in-One Education"and the orientation of talent training objectives,literature,questionnaire and expert interview were used to carry out the research.The research shows that:the curriculum setting deviates from the training goal,the school running condition is limited,the curriculum ratio is unbalanced,deviates from the social demand,the vocational qualification training is not standardized;in terms of curriculum education,it is dificult to organize the joint force of the whole educational system,supervise the effectiveness of the whole educational work,and locate the concept of all-round education.It is suggested to clarify the role orientation of the educator based on the goal of talent training.Guided by national policy provisions,stage assessment mechanism should be set up.Guided by social supply and demand,focus on training employment talent.
