摘  要:以茄子种子为试材,采用单因素试验和正交分析,研究了磁场和电场前处理技术对茄子种子的影响,以期筛选出最适于茄子种子引发的磁场和电场处理条件。结果表明:磁场强度5 kGs作用时间5 min、浸泡时间6 h时以及电场强度25kV·cm-1、处理时间90 s、浸泡10 h时,可以最大程度提高茄子种子的活力。Taking eggplant seeds as test materials,single factor test and orthogonal analysis were used to study the effects of magnetic field and electric field pretreatment technology on eggplant seeds,in order to select the most suitable conditions for magnetic field and electric field treatment induced by eggplant seeds.The results showed that the vigor of eggplant seeds could be improved to the greatest extent when the magnetic field intensity was 5kGs for 5 minutes,soaking time was 6hours,the electric field intensity was 25kV·cm-1,treatment time was 90seconds and soaking time was 10hours.
