党建引领为基础的互构式农业组织化研究——张掖市柳新区党组织助力小农户对接大市场的案例分析

摘　　要：实现小农户与现代农业发展的有机衔接是解决我国“三农”问题的重要命题。运用社会互构论对张掖市柳新区党组织助力小农户对接大市场的案例进行了分析,通过以党建引领为基础的农业组织化实践,柳新区构建了多元主体参与的互构式“惠农共同体”,不仅打通了小农户融入现代农业产业链的渠道,也促进了党建链与产业链的有机整合;从互构主体及其互构关系、互构过程及方式、互构域、互构效果等几个方面对案例进行了解析,探讨了柳新区各级党组织与小农户形成的“互构、共在、共生”状态,以期为探索乡村振兴背景下小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接的可能路径提供启发和思考。To realize the organic connection between smallholders and modern agricultural development is an important proposition to solve the problems related to agriculture,countryside and farmers in China.The case that the Party organizations of Liuxin District of Zhangye City assist smallholders to connect with large market is analyzed by using the theory of social mutual construction in this paper.Through the practice of agricultural organization based on the guidance of Party building mutual construction of“community benefiting smallholders”with the participations of multiple subjects has been built in Liuxin District,which not only opens up the channel for smallholders to integrate into the modern agricultural industry chain,but also promotes the organic integrations of Party building chain with industry chain.The case has been analyzed mainly from mutual construction subjects and their relationship,mutual construction processes and methods,mutual construction domains and mutual construction effects in the paper,and their“mutual construction,coexistence and harmony”status of the Party organizations with smallholders in Liuxin District has been discussed,too.It is expected to provide inspiration and thinking for exploring the possible path of organic connection between smallholders and modern agricultural development in the context of rural revitalization.
