摘 要:目的了解全程情境模拟教学对军队保健人员的急救培训考核的效果。方法对在作者医院进修的73名北京地区军队退休干部服务管理局所属干休所保健医护人员进行急性冠脉综合征院前、院内全程情境模拟考核,并进行问卷调查。结果考核对象共分为15组,成绩优秀团队10组(66.67%),良好团队4组(26.67%),及格团队1组(6.66%)。问卷调查显示,65人(89.04%)评价全程情境模拟真实度在90分以上;57名(78.08%)受训医护人员认为本次培训考核非常有帮助,体现在有助于对急诊全流程的整体掌握、发现各环节不足、提升处置急性冠脉综合征的能力。72.60%的受训医护人员建议增加不同疾病的模拟病例;69.86%的医护人员希望先有培训,后考核。结论全程情境模拟教学在急危重症救治培训方面是有效的教学手段,有助于提升军队保健人员急救能力。Objective To explore the effects of scenario simulation teaching in the emergency training and assessment for military health care personnel.Methods A total of 73 advanced training health care personnel from the cadre sanatoriums affiliated with Beijing military retired cadre service administration in author′s hospital were given the whole scenario simulation assessment of acute coronary syndrome before admission and while admission,followed by a questionnaire survey.Results The health care personnel were divided into 15 groups,and the assessment scores showed that there were 10 excellent teams(66.67%),4 good teams(26.67%)and 1 passing team(6.66%).According to the questionnaire survey,65(89.04%)trainees evaluated the reality of scenario simulation assessment with more than 90 score;57 health care personnel(78.08%)thought that the training assessment was helpful in many aspects including improving the overall mastery of the whole emergency process,finding self-deficiencies in each part,and improving the ability to deal with acute coronary syndrome.72.60%of health care personnel suggested adding simulated cases of different diseases,69.86%of them hoped to have training before assessment.Conclusion The whole scenario simulation teaching is an effective teaching method in the emergency treatment training,which can improve the ability of emergency rescue for military health care personnel.
