完善学校突发公共卫生事件应急管理体系对策

摘　　要：学校是防控突发公共卫生事件的重点场所。文献分析发现,学校突发公共卫生事件应急管理的影响因素包括应急管理意识、应急防控体系、应急防控能力、卫生保障资源等。建议从健全应急防控法律法规和组织体系、完善多方协同机制、提升应急防控能力、强化卫生资源保障、加强应急文化建设等方面,进一步完善学校突发公共卫生事件应急管理体系。Schools are key sites for the prevention and control of public health emergencies.Through literature review determinants of public health emergencies in schools include emergency management awareness framework capacity and health care resources.To further improve the emergency management system for public health emergencies in schools the following measures are recommended improving the laws and regulations as well as organizational system for emergency prevention and control in schools promoting multiparty coordination mechanism enhancing emergency prevention and control capabilities strengthening health resource protection and strengthening the construction of emergency culture.
