摘　　要：以陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工公司180万t/a甲醇装置及经膜分离弛放气串联PSA制氢单元的工艺流程为例,介绍了PSA制氢的工艺流程和甲醇合成催化剂,选择PSA产品氢气为还原剂,阐述催化剂还原过程,总结其优势供同类型公司参考。Taking Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy Chemical Industry 1.8 million t/a methanol plant and the process flow of PSA hydrogen production unit in series through membrane separation of exhaust gas as examples,this paper introduces the process flow of PSA hydrogen production and methanol synthesis catalyst,selects PSA product hydrogen as reducing agent,expounds the catalyst reduction process,and summarizes its advantages for reference by similar companies.
