军民一体化发展模式研究——对镇江市军民一体化发展的探讨

摘　　要：在国家推进军民融合战略与构建现代产业体系的背景下,研究军民一体化发展模式,既能把握重点区域军民一体化发展动向与丰富发展相关领域的研究理论,也对其他新兴领域的发展提供借鉴与参考。扎根理论研究方法被运用来剖析原始资料,通过开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码及饱和度检验,构建发展模式理论模型。研究得出政府、企业与研究平台是军民一体化发展的三大主体,构成统一、开放的系统,系统内企业具体分为军用企业与民用企业,研究平台又可细分为高校、国防科研院所与企业自主研究实验室,多元主体的不断探索,逐渐形成包括“统筹发展,引大培大”等四个发展模式。Under the background of the national strategy to promote the military-civilian integration and the construction of modern industrial system,the research on the typical industrial development mode of military-civilian integration can not only grasp the development trend of the military-civilian integration industry in vital regions and enrich the relevant theories in the field of industrial development,but also provide reference for other emerging industries.The grounded theory is used to analyze the original data,through open coding,spindle coding,selective coding and saturation test,the theoretical model of industrial development model is constructed.The development model of aerospace industry and new material industry is summarized and the connotation of different models is explained.The government,enterprises and research platform are three main bodies of the development of the industry,constituting an integrated and open system.Also,enterprise can be divided into military and civilian enterprise,research platform can be subdivided into independent research laboratory,national defense scientific research institutes and enterprises in colleges and universities.Continuously exploring of multiple-subject gradually formed eight effective industrial development model,including“Strengthening industrial support ability and gathering development”and so on.
