摘　　要：试验旨在研究低蛋白日粮不同氨基酸比例对八眉三元猪氨基酸、脂肪酸及营养物质表观消化率的影响。选取体重约16 kg的八眉三元猪(杜×长×八) 36头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头猪。参照美国NRC (2012)推荐的日粮氨基酸比例、八眉猪(BMZ)肌肉氨基酸比例、中国地方猪(NYT)推荐的日粮氨基酸比例设计了3种氨基酸比例日粮,分别为NRC组、BMZ组和NYT组。试验期120 d。结果显示,与NRC组和NYT组相比,BMZ组八眉三元猪背最长肌赖氨酸(Lys)和甘氨酸(Gly)含量显著提高(P<0.05),油酸(C18∶1n9c)、顺-9-棕榈油酸(C16∶1)含量显著提高(P<0.05),干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,低蛋白氨基酸平衡日粮BMZ组Lys∶蛋氨酸(Met)∶苏氨酸(Thr)∶色氨酸(Trp)为100∶11∶71∶14时,背最长肌中氨基酸和脂肪酸含量丰富,营养物质表观消化率较高。The experiment was to study the effect of different amino acid proportions of low protein diet on digestibility of amino acid,fatty acid content and nutrients apparent digestibility of Bamei ternary pigs.Thirty-six Bamei pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Bamei)weighing about 16 kg were randomly divided into three groups,with three replicates in each group and four pigs in each replicate.Three amino acid ratios were designed according to NRC(2012),amino acid ratio of pigs(BMZ)muscle and Chinese local pigs(NYT),namely NRC group,BMZ group and NYT group.The trial period was 120 d.The results showed that compared with NRC group and NYT group,the content of Lys and Gly in longissimus dorsi muscle of Bamei ternary pigs in BMZ group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of C18∶1n9c and C16∶1were significantly increased(P<0.05),the digestibility of DM,CP,NDF and ADF was significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that when Lys:Met:Thr:Trp is 100∶11∶71∶14 in low protein amino acid balance diet BMZ group,the amino acid and fatty acid content in longissimus dorsi muscle are rich,the apparent digestibility of nutrients is high.
