摘  要:喷涂技术作为衡量产品价值的关键要素,在美观及防护等领域都有重要作用。目前喷涂工艺不仅在现代产品制造业中广泛使用,还广泛运用于航空航天、军工等高精尖领域。文章设计了一种面向铁路车辆制动阀的智能喷涂机器人,采用“ROS+PMAC”架构,能根据识别信息和预定的轨迹,自动修正、控制喷枪的运行轨迹,确保以最佳的姿态进行喷涂作业,保证配件全方位地喷涂,喷涂质量符合工艺要求,并配备漆膜检测装置和自动烘干装置。As a key element in measuring the value of a product,spraying technology plays an important role in areas such as aesthetics and protection.Currently,the spraying process is not only widely used in modern product manufacturing,but also used in aerospace,military and other highly sophisticated fields.This paper designs an intelligent spraying robot for railway vehicle brake valves,using the“ROS+PMAC”architecture,which can automatically correct and control the running trajectory of the spray gun according to the identification information and the predetermined trajectory,ensuring that the spraying operation is carried out in the best posture,and the parts are sprayed in all directions and that the spraying quality meets the process requirements.It is also equipped with a paint film detection device and an automatic drying device.
