微创内镜下手术治疗肾囊肿患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析微创内镜下手术治疗肾囊肿患者的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月我院收治的100例肾囊肿患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组均为50例,观察组采取微创内镜手术进行治疗,对照组采取开放性手术治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、NRS评分比对照组低,手术时间、肠道功能复时间、术后下床活动时间比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组术后BUN、CysC、Scr指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后IL-6、CRP、Cor指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾囊肿采取微创内镜下手术治疗,可减轻患者机体应激反应,改善免疫抑制,有助于促进肾功能恢复,且术后并发症少,患者恢复快,值得临床广泛推广及应用。Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive endoscopic surgery on patients with renal cyst.Methods 100 patients with renal cysts admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received minimally invasive endoscopic surgery and the control group received open surgery.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and NRS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the operation time,intestinal function recovery time and postoperative ambulation time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).BUN,CysC and Scr indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The indexes of IL-6,CRP and Cor in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The indexes of CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive endoscopic surgery for renal cyst can reduce the stress response of the patient,improve immune suppression,and promote the recovery of renal function,and the postoperative complications are less,the patient's recovery is fast,worthy of clinical widespread promotion and application.
